What is your returns policy?

 

You may return any non-final-sale product ordered on the Bornpatriotparfums.com website for a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date within the UK. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unaltered and in the same condition in which it was received, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. 

To ensure product integrity and customer safety, all BornPatriot items are sealed with a tamper-evident label. Returns will only be accepted if this seal remains fully intact and unbroken. If the tamper-evident label has been removed or shows signs of tampering, we reserve the right to reject the return or refund request. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of quality and authenticity for all our customers.

  • Returns are only accepted for orders placed within the UK.
  • Our customer service team will provide you with an address to return the package to.
  • We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, it would have to be purchased on our online store.

 

How to return an item?


If you wish to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, it's your responsibility to do so if it requires a refund. Please inform us before returning your item to Info@bornpatriotparfums.com using the format below and please use a tracked shipping service.

We do not use a paper form for any returns. Please email us if you wish to return an item. 

 

Faulty or Damaged Items:

 

If you happen to receive a faulty or damaged item, please use our contact form with your order number.

 

We will arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Non-refundable Items

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or altered items. We recommend purchasing a 2ml sample alongside your 50ml bottle to try the fragrance before fully committing.
